USCIS Extends Flexibility for Responses to RFES, NOIDs, and Appeal / Motion Filings

On May 1, 2020, the USCIS announced that it will be extending flexibility on responses to agency requests due to COVID-19. Applicants who have received an agency request, such as a Request for Evidence (“RFE”) or Notice of Intent to Deny (“NOID”), issued between March 1, 2020, and July 1, 2020, will have an additional 60 calendar days from the deadline date to submit their responses to the USCIS.
