Founded in 2004 by Malcolm Goeschl, Goeschl Law is based in San Francisco, with additional presence in Singapore and Canada. With 20 employees, we are a small firm that makes a big impact.

Principal Attorney

Malcolm Goeschl is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Goeschl Law Corporation. Over the last 20 years, he has counseled a broad range of clients on all aspects of corporate immigration. These clients have included hundreds of Silicon Valley startups, as well as some of the world's largest corporations.

Malcolm has been a featured speaker at leading professional and industry events and is recognized as a vigorous advocate for forward-thinking immigration policies. Malcolm's professional articles have appeared in Interpreter Releases, Bender's Immigration Briefings, Internationally Quarterly, and International HR Journal. Malcolm previously served as a partner at Morgan Lewis Bockius LLP and as an associate at Cooley LLP.

Randi Nagahori
Senior Attorney

Randi Nagahori has over 11 years of experience as an attorney with Goeschl Law Corporation. Randi advises a wide range of technology companies and multinationals on all aspects of business immigration, including H-1Bs, L-1 multinational transferees, aliens of extraordinary ability, and treaty-based classifications. She also frequently assists clients on worksite compliance matters, including I-9 employment verification, labor condition application (LCA) public disclosure compliance, and E-Verify issues.

Randi earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was selected as a H.O.P.E Summer Fellow and served on the Public Interest Leadership Board. She also received the Dean's Certificate of Achievement in the School of Law's Immigration Clinic. Randi received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and History from the University of California, Berkeley. she previously served on the Advisory Council of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Northern California from 2013 to 2018. Randi is a member of California Bar.

Olivia Adamski
Attorney (Licensed in Ontario)

Olivia Adamski is a business immigration attorney focused on helping clients bring talent to Canada. She enjoys assisting individuals and corporations navigate the complex Canadian immigration landscape and all aspects of cross-border planning. Olivia has developed a comprehensive knowledge of Canadian immigration law and has been regularly retained to deal with thorny legal scenarios involving inadmissibility, status and compliance. Since joining Goeschl Law Corporation, she has dedicated herself to setting up immigration programs for companies looking to expand into the Canadian market using categories under the International Mobility Program, Global Talent Stream and Temporary Foreign Worker Program. Olivia is experienced working with individuals at all levels in organizations, always with the goal of providing clear and practical advice, extraordinary service and successful results.

Prior to joining Goeschl Law Corporation, Olivia worked as an immigration attorney at a global immigration firm. There, she provided advice to Fortune 100 companies and financial institutions with respect to all aspects of Canadian immigration.

Olivia is licensed in the province of Ontario and practices remotely from Toronto.

Anna Marie Garcia
Senior Attorney

Anna Marie Garcia is an experienced immigration attorney who has handled highly complex cases in all areas of immigration. She has practiced immigration law for over 19 years and joined Goeschl Law Corporation in January 2017. Her immigration practice areas include employment-based nonimmigrant visas and immigrant visas with a concentration on alien of extraordinary ability petitions for O-1 and EB-1 visas; family-based immigration matters; naturalization; waivers of inadmissibility; and removal proceedings. She has represented clients before the US Citizenship and Immigration Service, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Executive Office of Immigration Review, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Anna Marie earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2002, where she was honored as a Public Interest Law Scholar, and her Bachelor’s degree in Latin American and Latino Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Anna Marie is an active member of the State Bar of California and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is committed to quality representation for the immigrant community, and for over 8 years, she volunteered and led a free legal immigration clinic for low income individuals in the South of Market district in San Francisco, California.

 
 

Sayra Gutierrez
Attorney

Sayra Gutierrez is an experienced immigration attorney and advises a wide range of clients on all aspects of business immigration, including employment-based nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visas, and permanent resident applications. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Communication with a minor in Italian from the University of California, Davis. Sayra is a member of the State bar of California and the American Immigration Lawyers Association's Online Course Review Committee.

While completing her Juris Doctor degree, Sayra served as article editor for BU School of Law's International Law Journal and traveled to Guatemala to complete field research for the International Human Rights Clinic.
